The iconic high‑rise in Waikiki offers stunning views of the nearby Hawaii village lagoon complex and the beach beyond, plus two great pools. Bottle water and ice cream come with the daily hotel tax, and the central spot is convenient. My room was spacious with a balcony, and the air‑con was a real plus. The photos on the site match reality, and the cable TV selection is huge. The kitchen is roomy, with a large fridge, and the lobby feels tropical and roomy. Fresh beach towels are provided daily, and there are towels by the pool with a sign‑in/out system. Plenty of lifts serve all 27 floors, and free DVDs are available. The bond was returned to my account within 24 hours of checkout. Thanks. The kitchen feels dated but still has plenty of space. Air‑con is only in the room, not the resort itself. Ice is only at reception. Laundry is DIY and paid via a vending card, but overall not many complaints.

The ocean view was great, and the place stayed clean with soft pillows. The kitchen and staff were friendly. Valet parking was slow and caused a traffic jam at the entrance. The bathroom lacked a vent, and the air‑con didn’t get cold—just some air.

The view was wonderful, and the staff were exceptional. Food, drinks, and shopping at the facility were appreciated. The location was very acceptable, and everything was very clean and upgraded. Nothing to complain about.
