The staff were fantastic and always ready to help, but the front entrance was under renovation, making it tough for my husband’s walker and wheelchair to navigate.

Room felt very wet and damp the entire 3 day stay. Not very clean

The team was friendly, the rooms were spotless and modern, and breakfast was excellent, though the ongoing renovations were noticeable but didn’t bother us.

The staff were great, but there was no walk‑in shower in the room.

The only plus was the location and the fact that, luckily, there were no bedbugs; everything else was terrible. The hotel isn’t worth the price and the breakfast was nothing special. They’re renovating the main lobby, so it looks awful, and it’s the worst hotel in the area with staff that leave a lot to be desired. The rooms were dirty – hairs in the bathtub, a sticky bathroom floor, red stains and a bad smell on the carpet, torn blankets with holes, and pillow covers with spots. We messaged the hotel and are still waiting for a reply; the receptionist said they’d talk to the manager, but we never saw anyone. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. The only good thing – and why it gets 2 stars – is that there are no bedbugs; otherwise you’re faced with stained carpets and a filthy lobby. BE WARNED 🚨🚨🚨
