The location, cleanliness, staff and services were flawless, yet the elevator broke for 3/4 of our stay, causing a lot of noise when guests used the service stairs.
The bed was super comfy and the restaurant was excellent, but the spa was tiny and the bar service was far too slow.
“Détente et calme”
The staff were friendly.
Everything was fine, and there was nothing negative.
The location and the décor were great.
