Location, atmosphere, comfort. The raised platform the bed sits on caused me a nasty nighttime fall during a bathroom visit, so be careful. SCORE: 8.0/10

Nice spot, comfy bed, quiet, close to parking and easy entry without a key, and the information sent beforehand was helpful. The only issue was a loose toilet seat. SCORE: 9.0/10
