It was pretty good, but if breakfast runs until 11 am, things shouldn’t be finished before then; there was barely any bread when I ate. The bed was too firm and caused back pain, the pillows were too high and the room was too quiet. I could hear people talking through the wall and someone flushing or using the toilet.

The room felt like a tiny box for the money, and who would put a double bed with the long side against the wall? There was only one blanket, and it was too small for two.

The staff were friendly and the views and food were good, but the double bed on one side was against the wall, making a single feel cramped.

The location was lovely and the hotel itself pleasant, with very friendly staff, yet the rooms were rather dull and lacked a nightstand on one side; breakfast also missed a pot of brewed coffee and I disliked the automatic coffee.
