I was thrilled with how pretty, tidy, and quiet the place was, and Wilmar gave us excellent reception; the breakfast was delicious and the way it was presented was very charming, I loved everything.

We loved the setting and the views - it's a really pretty spot. The hotel is simple but nice, clean, and safe. Our host, Aldemar, was super helpful. One quirky thing I liked was that the rooms are named after towns in Santander, like Palmar or Villanueva. The breakfast was nice and complete, and there was even a friendly little dog named Cuper. One minor issue was that there was no hot water, but it didn't seem like a big deal in the grand scheme.

The mountain view rooms are a highlight, super pretty. However, I did notice they use a lot of single-use plastics like disposable cups and stirrers, which isn't great.
