Nothing!. I booked this days in advance, when I arrived at check in they told me that they had no rooms available. Their software had a "glitch" so I was stranded without a motel room with 2 other family members. They also said I had to call to ensure that I would get a refund and not get charged a cancellation fee

Nothing. Everything was terrible. They tried to photocopy my bank card, wouldn’t honor my booking price after they over‑booked, and were very unprofessional.
