The pool and sauna are great, and the location is quiet, but the bath was a bit lacking.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, but the Xhakuzi in my room didn't work. I called reception and they said it wasn't functional. I had to leave a day early and they didn't offer any refund or explanation. I paid for four days but only stayed three.

We were greeted warmly at reception, but the two rooms we booked, 105 and 107, had serious issues: room 105 had a dirty, raised shower stall that felt like you could slip and fall, and the drain smelled strongly of mold. Room 109’s shower was unusable because the water didn’t drain, leaving you standing in water that trickled out very slowly; the bathroom and shower were poorly cleaned. When we tried to use the pool, the outdoor one was closed and the indoor one was far from what we expected. The sauna and hallways smelled like urine, which was very disappointing. The breakfast staff seemed in a bad mood in the morning when we arrived, and the coffee and breakfast we chose were fried in so much fat that it was inedible. We left for breakfast outside. When we returned to the hotel it was closed and we couldn’t buy coffee anywhere in the complex. We will never return. The price of 270 EUR for two nights was not worth it. We’ve seen worse in many places around the world, but this was the worst decision. It’s far from the pictures posted on the portal.
