A beautiful spot with a view of Lázně Libverda. The room had windows on both sides, which was a wonderful experience. It was nice, spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the quiet, calm and the chance to sit outside. Everything was fine, just it would be nice to have somewhere to brew tea when the restaurant closes at six. Also I couldn’t find any information on what to do if I want to leave before the 9 pm check‑out, but those are small things; overall it was a very pleasant stay.

“Ciekawy obiekt w cudownym otoczeniu”

The view from the window was amazing, the two‑room apartment was very spacious and clean. It was very close to the spa centre – about a 7‑minute walk on a green trail. Note – during the week the place really closes at 18:00, so if you’re late you can kiss the lock because there’s no staff. Before the weekend we were completely alone and closed the place ourselves. Breakfast was decent, but ONLY on Saturday and Sunday. The view and idyllic surroundings make up for everything else.

We booked a two‑bedroom apartment, but after arrival the lady told us the unit was occupied and we were handed a single, unpleasant room instead. We had no choice but to leave, and the staff did nothing to resolve the issue or refund our money. I strongly advise against staying here.

Complete satisfaction! The accommodation and restaurant at the Giant Kettle in Libverda pleasantly surprised us. The manager deserves huge praise – incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating, even staying after hours to prepare food and making us feel lucky. We enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning, left satisfied and well‑fed. As for beer, the manager gladly poured us a couple more hours after closing. Customer service isn’t just a phrase here; the approach is rare. Combined with a pleasant setting, good food, excellent beer, and staff willingness, everything was flawless. Thank you for a wonderful stay and perfect service! We’ll definitely return. A definite 10/10 – if they could add another kettle, I’d gladly do so. The only thing I’d wish for in the room is a kettle.
