We didn’t like anything about this; the location and the outlook of the home stay were poor, and even the rooms were not good.
“Charge of the booking agency was illegal. As there was no role in booking confirmation of rooms”
The booking agency didn’t do anything to confirm the rooms, and the proprietor said my booking was cancelled, yet they gave me a room for the first day and later assigned us a room for three days, though we left a day early.

The spot’s right in the middle and it’s worth every rupee.
“I should of stayed longer”
I showed up at the train station drenched in rain and Saurap met me with an umbrella; the hotel is only a two‑to‑three‑minute walk from the station. The room was tidy and clean, though I didn’t have water at first, which was fixed quickly. The sheets and pillows were clean and soft, and the meals delivered to my room by Saurap’s wife were authentically delicious and highly recommended. The mattress felt a bit thin, which is common in India, and there was no towel in the room so I had to bring my own.
