“Short and sweet”

We stayed in a junior suite for a weekend; it was very spacious, my family was comfortable, and everything was clean. The shower had great water pressure, and the room included a mini‑fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast was free and tasty, and I could grab snacks from the gift shop before midnight. I would definitely book again. The pool was locked several times due to lightning, and there were many leaves in the water—minor details that didn't spoil an otherwise comfortable stay.

I liked how it was a large hotel, yet the staff was quite friendly and approachable about anything. They were ready to help. I left a medical device, and they were very helpful in facilitating its return to my home after I had left. It’s not often that happens. They did a stellar job. While the room was impeccably clean, the hallway had a bit of a smell. It was noticeable A member of the housekeeping staff was not the most helpful, but I did raise it to management
