The place is super clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only drawback is that there is no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.

Nestled 1 km from Gdańsk’s Old Town, Hostel Filip blends historic charm with modern convenience. Rooms feature pastel décor, wooden furnishings, private bathrooms, showers, and satellite TV. A communal kitchen, dining area, and garden host barbecues. Free Wi‑Fi, private parking, and proximity to Gdańsk Główny Station (500 m) and the European Solidarity Centre (100 m) enhance accessibility.

Everything I needed was there: contactless check‑in, private space, and all the essentials. However, I had to check in at a different property, the kitchen had very little cutlery, the pillow was lumpy, and the mattress felt thin.

The staff were helpful, the location was great, and the quality was good for a reasonable price – highly recommend!

The place is very close to the city centre, with the main station right next door. The shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room were clean, and there’s a fridge in the room. The downside is that the key‑pickup desk is in a different direction, about a 13‑minute walk from the main entrance, which is a bit inconvenient. They only provide one towel per person, and there’s none for hand‑drying.
