The room was filthy and dusty, everything was worn out, and the air conditioner failed, making the night unbearable at 26°C outside; the photos were misleading—there was no buffet, just plain noodle soup with undercooked meat and coffee from a 3‑in‑1 packet; staff didn’t speak English at all, the card terminal was broken, and despite being a large hotel we felt like the only guests; this is the first time I’ve stayed in a Vietnamese hotel that poor at such a high price.

I must say that the hotel had a cozy atmosphere, was spotlessly clean, and everything functioned properly. However, I was initially a bit apprehensive about the receptionist's initial lack of contact, which made me a bit nervous, especially since we were traveling from afar. Nevertheless, our initial hesitation eventually gave way to a warm and friendly relationship with the receptionist.
