Nothing positive. There was no water, lipstick was still written on the window, the shower window didn’t close and was broken, I couldn’t use the air‑con and there was no remote.

The lodge’s surroundings and the hot shower were nice, our room was spacious, and the staff were friendly, but the yard was so dirty we couldn’t even take pictures, no one was at reception all day, and there was no Wi‑Fi.

I stayed in a room that was filthy: walls and bathroom were dirty, an old toothbrush was left in the tub, and the faucet was broken.

I noticed there were no bins in the room.

I never got to check in because the receptionist dropped the phone while I was at the gate trying to call in, and the reception service was poor.
