“Enjoyed the facility, its location, and the rooftop area.”
Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping in Wicker Park. Difficult to get into and not marked well so I wasn’t sure it was parking for the Hyatt
“Nice stay with great rooftop view of city.”
The location was handy, the rooms were spotless, breakfast was tasty, and the rooftop was fantastic. The parking fee turned out to be higher than I expected.
“Awesome Hotel in Wicker Park!”
Overall, the hotel was solid and the quality was good. I don’t have much else to add, but if I need to stay again, I’d definitely consider it. They experienced an internet outage, but fortunately the rooms didn’t block personal network coverage, and the staff handled it with grace.
“Me encantó la vista pero no lo pude disfrutar.”
Overall it was good, but the scent in the rooms was unpleasant, the crib I requested never arrived, and we couldn’t use the roof garden because of an event—those were the main reasons I chose this hotel, mainly for the view.
Traveling for work made everything feel straightforward and convenient, from booking to on‑site parking and the welcome at arrival, though you should note the restaurant closes at 19:00 on Sundays; still, as my first stay in this area, I found the price‑to‑quality ratio not competitive compared with my many experiences across Europe and the world.
