The staff were very good, very cooperative, and helped us with city tours and other facilities; we will return to stay at this hotel again.

The location near the lake and the Temple of the Tooth was convenient, the room was comfortable and spacious, and the terrace was great for breakfast, but the hotel was quite noisy.
