The room was cleaned daily and always spotless. Talking to our host, Lucas, was superb, and check‑in was a breeze. The spot was great, just a short walk from the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo. Fresh coffee and croissants each morning were a nice touch.

Great location—just a 3‑minute walk from the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo, and excellent access to the rest of the city. Friendly and helpful staff who gladly advise on what to see. The property is cleaned daily and thoroughly (rooms and bathrooms). Quiet and peaceful surroundings help relax after a day of sightseeing. An extra plus were the tasty, fresh croissants waiting every morning in the kitchen for all guests.

A very good option for a family stay, close to the Vatican, the area is nice, great communication with the owner, everything well explained, air conditioning, croissants at breakfast, cleanliness and comfort. Everything was fine.

The property is easily reachable. Online check‑in is available, the directions and codes to get in were clear, and the property was ready immediately after arrival. The room and bath are clean, decorative, and well equipped. Coffee and a daily croissant are included. Wi‑Fi is perfect and fast. The host is very helpful and polite. Highly recommended for staying in Rome.
