How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were friendly and the other guests seemed pleasant, which made the stay feel easygoing. Honestly, I couldn't think of anything that bothered me about the place. It was just a solid, no‑complaint kind of experience.

Showed up around 7:40 pm expecting a quiet room, but the place felt more like a club—loud music, drunk patrons, and an overall scary vibe. I waited forever for service, finally got a waiter who told me to cancel because it was too noisy, and they promised a refund that still hasn't arrived. Definitely not the kind of hotel you want for a decent night's rest.

The room was downright dirty, uncomfortable to sit in, and several things were clearly broken down. I couldn't get a decent night's sleep and felt the whole place needed a serious upgrade.

The evening meals were tasty and Friday night entertainment was a real highlight, while Saturday dinner was just okay. Unfortunately, the door lock was flimsy, the cleaning left dust bunnies up the walls and a mud‑like mess in the corner, and the shared bathroom didn't seem to get a proper daily clean. The toilet itself was clean, but the surrounding area often had residue.

The hotel's location is spot‑on for getting around the city, which was a big plus. On the downside, the shared facilities felt cramped and not very well‑maintained. It works if you don't mind the communal aspects.
