“THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY”
From the moment the manager helped us check in and offered hot green tea, it was clear this stay would be exceptional. Every staff member was kind and professional throughout. The kaiseki Japanese meals were unbelievable, with each course served on beautiful ceramic dishes and cooked on the spot with special heating pots—everything tasted amazing. I over‑ate a bit. The rooftop onsens were a treat, especially at night under the stars. The evening entertainment was superb, featuring traditional dancing and various instrumental performances. The hotel sits in a quiet neighborhood and offers parking. I had originally planned to stay at another onsen resort, but there was no availability—so this was the best thing that happened! My wife accidentally left shoes in the entryway cabinet, and the hotel kindly mailed them to Tokyo free of charge. I’ll definitely return next year.
