The staff here were super helpful and the place was spotless, which was a great start to our stay. However, it did get pretty chilly in the mornings and evenings, but I guess that's to be expected up in the mountains. Overall, it was a good experience, but could've been more comfortable with a bit more warmth.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get online during my stay because the WiFi connection wasn't available. That was a bit frustrating, but I managed to make do. Hopefully, they'll get that sorted out for future guests.

I was really impressed with how clean my room was and I thought it was a good value for the price. That being said, the restaurant didn't serve lunch or dinner, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the hot water in the bathroom was only available for a few hours in the morning and evening, which was a bit restrictive.

The staff here were okay and the rooms were clean, but that was about it. The hot water was only available at certain times, and the breakfast wasn't very impressive - I mean, who serves just a few items and calls it a day? And don't even get me started on the water situation - they made us use the same bottle over and over. Not exactly the best value for the price.

I had a bit of a mixed experience here - on the one hand, some of the staff like Mr. Nelson, Ms. Priya, and Mr. Ravi Chandran were really supportive and helpful. However, the rest of the staff could work on their customer service skills. Also, the hot water policy was pretty rigid, which wasn't ideal in the cold weather. It would've been nice to have someone available to help out at night, and maybe even some drinks available for guests.
