Lovely breakfast & excellent customer service, one of their staff (Samuel) was exceptional, he provided unparalled service, the facilities such as the spa and shisha lounge were good. Transport from Red Sea Airport was not confirmed on time, had to place an international call to the concierge team to book it the day i was leaving London. They also did not explain there was no other transportation within that area except theirs, I planned a trip to Alula afterwards only to find out external taxis were not allowed from the welcome centre, so got stuck for a few hours on the return
