Discovery Hotel

The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, my stay at the Discovery Hotel was disappointing. The room had a strong cigarette smell even though I’m a non‑smoker, which was very uncomfortable and ruined the experience. In the bathroom both the light and the shower were broken. Such issues should have been checked and fixed before guests arrived. I still want to highlight the staff: everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall, the heavy smoke smell and bathroom problems left me disappointed. I hope these issues will be better controlled and fixed in the future.

“Noisy”

Great location, but unfortunately, it's a shame about the noise. You can hear everything from the street and neighboring rooms, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Still, the area is lively and there's plenty to see and do nearby.

I'm still reeling from the worst experience of my life. The hotel's complete lack of effort was staggering. I'm writing this review with a lingering cigarette smell in the air, and I've even got a sore throat from the awful atmosphere. It's unbelievable that they allow smoking on the hallways and in the rooms. If you want to ruin your life, don't go there.

“Room without windows, without phone, without clothing cabinet, smells bad”

Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in many areas. The cleaning was subpar, the facilities were outdated, and the room itself was small and cramped. It's a shame, because the location is decent, but overall, it's not worth the hassle.

“Not terible, but also not perfect”

One good thing about this hotel is that it has a lift, which is a must for anyone with mobility issues. However, our stay was marred by a few issues. The room service was non-existent, so we had to leave our trash in a corner because the bin was ridiculously small. To top it off, the TV only showed Turkish channels, which wasn't exactly what we were looking for.
