I requested a refund right away and still haven’t received it! The property owner denied it, but the booking platform agreed to reimburse my original credit card payment. It was never processed. Even though your agent assured me otherwise, it wasn’t a lodge—it was a creepy, smoke‑filled owner’s crack house with no proper lock. My room was right next door. It was a very bad experience. My friend witnessed the owner trying to get my money back; he was yelling and said I could only stay for another booking. No thanks… The place was unsafe, full of shady characters. Please help.

The staff at this place are super friendly, which is a big plus. However, it's really hot and they definitely need to install some air conditioning - it's a bit unbearable without it.
