It was the worst experience dealing with them. Nothing matched what was promised. They sent me to another property. There was no TV, cigarette butts in the washroom, stains on the bed, and the pillow covers were dirty; they just removed the cover and left the pillow as is, claiming there was no extra cover. No toiletries were provided, and not even a single towel. The relocation was to a location that was very scary.

The check‑in was a mess; they demanded extra money for the room we had booked. Everyone seemed unhappy and complaining, which made it feel like a scam. They advertised cheap rates with decent photos, but when you get there they ask for more money for the same room or give you a tiny, dirty room with just a bed. Only one person was handling everything, and he got fed up with complaints about the room and food. I wouldn’t pick this place again for the low price.

I booked two AC rooms, but the first ones I received were non‑AC. After I complained, they swapped them for AC rooms, yet one of those ACs never worked throughout my stay, despite repeated complaints. The door lock was broken too. Very disappointed.
