“Overall, the stay for one night was fine.”
The staff were friendly and the room was huge, with a big bench that could hold two suitcases, a desk, a sitting area, and two queen beds. The fridge and coffee maker functioned properly, and the Inn’s restaurant was open on Sunday night when all the fast‑food spots were closed, serving great food. The price, however, was $70.00 higher than quoted because of the Apple Butter festival that got cancelled on Sunday due to weather; since we didn’t attend the festival that ended on Saturday, that extra charge felt unfair and I’d like to know how I can be compensated. Candles or a pumpkin‑spice diffuser in the hallways were too strong, triggering severe allergic reactions for anyone sensitive, and the scent spread throughout the corridors.
