How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Check‑in and check‑out were on time, and the hot water worked fine. The AC was not cold at all, only blowing air (I already asked the receptionist but nothing was done). Because the AC was broken, the room became very stuffy. Only one towel was provided. There was no free Wi‑Fi (the Wi‑Fi signal was very weak in the room). Mobile data was also poor because of many walls.

The morning front desk staff were helpful, but the afternoon front desk staff were discriminatory.

The staff were incredibly welcoming; from check‑in to check‑out every interaction was pleasant. I was only there a short time, but in that brief period I felt welcomed, and the room was super basic but perfect for my two‑night stay.
