“Very tired in places”

The location was great, but the family room we received was in a very tired condition; the dated TV had almost no English channels, no Netflix, and no plug for a Firestick. The tapas bar kept serving food that was not cooked, and the manager’s attitude toward that was bad—he seemed to dislike English speakers. Why charge 12€ to park as a resident?

“Good location,beautiful hotels but difficult dinner”

The hotel is very beautiful just like photos.The location is very good, near Cala del Pi, a beautiful cove. We hiked the Cami de Ronda from the hotel in both directions, and the scenery is very beautiful. Both the breakfast and the dinner are very good. The lunch at the bar is also very good. The dinner was very good, but the service was not. Both nights we ate there, even after telling the waitress we were ready to order, we had to wait a long time for our order to be taken, because only one waiter could take orders and he was very busy. So dining here was like opening a mystery box — you never knew when he would come to take your order. We travelled in Spain for eleven days, and this was the only place where getting our order taken was so difficult

“Great value for money”

The location with direct access to the beach, the amazing sea view from the room, the availability of the staff who are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, the restaurant has a very nice terrace with sea view. Nothing
