Quiet and tranquil. The facilities were limited for young adults, which is a shame when you have sporty children. Several staff members in the main restaurant area seemed unhappy and complained about management, making me feel uneasy. The lunch menu was very disappointing.

We walked in and were stunned—everything felt like a 11/10 experience. The place lets you relax or dive into plenty of activities, and every staff member was incredibly friendly; we’re already planning a return. Thanks, Team Loula! The only hiccup was that the pool had no menus and no one took orders regularly, so we spent the whole hot day just lounging around the poolside.
