The secluded spot was very relaxing, the pool was fully available and the garden was wonderful. The breakfast, however, was less than minimal.

A very pretty little cottage for two, impeccably clean with a lovely small garden where it was nice to have lunch or eat. The place was very quiet. There was a small restaurant within walking distance and a bus to Siena, but no nearby shops. The pool matched the photo. As mentioned to the owner, we were very disappointed by the “Italian” breakfast, which I would call more “industrial” and inconsistent with the pictures. We came to Tuscany, specifically the countryside, to eat locally. It was a shame there was no welcome as described: “We welcome you with kindness, caring but not invasive or nagging” from Virginie who was abroad, nor from Angelo, the host. A message was sent to us to explain how to arrive and the keys were on the door. I enjoy sharing with locals. Despite these few disappointments, we had a very nice stay.
