“ציפיתי ליותר”
Breakfast was very dull; more variety should be added, even different types of eggs. There was no phone in the room to communicate with the lobby. The room was very small; every time I wanted to work I had to go to the dining room, and there was no wardrobe to store clothes. I requested a larger room for an extra fee, but was told all rooms are identical. The information given by hotel staff was contradictory. For example, we arrived early in the morning around 8, the room was ready and that was nice. The receptionist offered us to go to the dining room for breakfast because we were early. The dining room staff refused to accept us without payment because, according to them, we were not registered. The issue was not money; the experience was not pleasant.
