The residence is located in a quiet area surrounded by green in the outskirts of Atina, well connected with the main roads and a few kilometres from Cassino and its beautiful Abbey. The rooms are comfortable and well cared for by the owner, who with loving passion took care of our stay with comfort and relaxation. The pool is definitely a plus for anyone who wants a refreshing weekend, thanks also to the rich and varied breakfast. Highly recommended.

The hostess’s warm welcome, the constant attention to guests, the quality of the bedding, the calm, the cleanliness, the very clean pool, the quality of the breakfast with small touches, local products and a wide range of sweet and savory options, and the secure storage for our bicycles. The room décor is a bit plain and would benefit from some personalization to make it less neutral. The bathroom could probably use a small refurbishment and the shower cabin should be replaced with a more modern unit.

A welcoming, clean place that’s easy to reach and managed with great care and attention. Excellent value for money. The real gem of this spot is the owner Cinzia, who turns everything she touches into beauty and goodness! I really appreciated the desserts she made, excluding ingredients she knew were not tolerated by her guests. Warm and empathetic, present and discreet, she puts her guests at the center of attention, turning their stay into a unique experience! Thank you Cinzia, see you soon!
