The spot right on the beach was amazing, the staff were incredibly kind, waking up to that view was magical, and the boat trips were great. The downside was that the beach wasn’t clean and you couldn’t swim in front of the room.

We stayed at a very secluded place right by the water, overlooking the Gili islands, and loved that it felt non‑touristy with a stunning landscape. Being owned and run by Norman and his family made it feel very local; Norman himself was the nicest person we’ve met. We even spent a whole day on Norman’s boat heading to the secret Gili snorkeling spot, and his wife cooked amazing meals. We stayed on the property the entire time and would highly recommend it – it was our favorite spot on the trip! (Norman is the man!)

The rooms are simple yet beautifully designed. The owner and his family are super friendly. He’s a fisherman and we had the most delicious fish, octopus, and shrimp on two evenings during our stay. They also organized scooters, taxis, and excursions. My kids and I felt very comfortable. Thank you so much for everything; it was lovely.

The view is gorgeous, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy, the staff are very friendly, and the location is great. The only issue was the road noise until a certain hour, otherwise nothing.
