Great spot for catching a train to Milan, and the breakfast had a wide selection. The new floor, renovated room, and fresh bathroom were impressive, and the room size was very good. The Wi‑Fi was fast. The hotel is otherwise lovely, but it’s very noisy; you can hear everything in the hallway and especially from the front entrance where the tour groups gather.

The rooms were clean, the location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was a bit disappointing for a four‑star hotel.

Very close to the highway, with a large illuminated parking lot right at the entrance for cars that are too tall for the underground garage. We always choose this hotel when we come to Genoa by ferry on the return route. The rooms are very clean and fully equipped. The breakfast is also fine.
