The room was very large and everything was very clean, which was very pleasant. The patio needs maintenance.

I was only impressed by the location. However, even though I didn’t bring a pet, they forced me into one of the three rooms in the parking area that they claim is for pets, which is an irregular, sloping space detached from the hotel’s main structure; you can’t relax because above the rooms is the laundry and drying area, and staff come up and down from 7:00 am. The showers and sinks in the bathrooms are cracked, so I don’t recommend it. The photos show rooms with balconies and garden views, but those are not the ones that isolate you; despite telling the receptionist I had no pet, they assigned me the two rooms I booked in that far‑away spot that is very distant from what the pictures show.

“Buena estancia pero, usa los tapones para los oidos que te dejan de cortesía...”

I liked that it was fully pet‑friendly, both in the room and at the restaurant, and the staff were friendly and even offered to wash your car outside if they had the chance. Two things bothered me: the beds were too firm for my taste, though that’s a personal preference; the real issue was the noise that started at 8 am in the main room area, apparently from a storage above, which rattled things on the ceiling and woke us up. I’m not sure if it’s common or a one‑time slip; I told the host at checkout and she said she would pass the comment along. It was truly unpleasant.
