Lovely private caravan at Park Dean Resorts, St Margets,

“Clean, pleasant, welcoming caravan. Well placed and stocked for a family stay.”

The caravan was spotless and organized, ideal for a brief visit. It had plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and bedding, and was easy to reach. The site is small and old‑fashioned, yet the kids adored the pool, making it a better choice than a hotel for our nearby wedding. However, there was no Wi‑Fi, which was a problem when I needed to work and the phone signal was weak too. I expected Wi‑Fi like most places, so I had to buy a portable router. Also, none of the bedrooms had drawers for small clothes—only hangers.

Everything needed for a comfortable stay was present, and the veranda was lovely with a good location. No particular issues were found with the property.

We adored the caravan—it was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. The fairy lights on the deck were charming at night, and Jess was very helpful whenever I called with questions. The stay was wonderful.

“A very enjoyable stay”

The fairy lights on the veranda were not only pretty but also made it easier to spot after dark. The caravan was a good size and very comfortable. I appreciated the chalked welcome on the stone by the gate, the flowers on the veranda, and the tables and chairs. The TV worked well, unlike the last caravan I stayed in on this site. They let me bring my dog at no extra cost. I had trouble locating the caravan on arrival because the site map was hard to read and I misinterpreted it. Even when I asked at reception they were not especially helpful. I doubt I would have found it without a friend who wandered around and figured it out by elimination. This was stressful after a long journey, so maybe the owner could put a number up, or perhaps there was a number and we just didn’t notice.
