If David Attenborough had to pick a holiday spot, he’d likely choose this place. Waking up to the sounds of water, birds, and pure nature surrounds you. Breakfast, shared with Sylvie and Olivier, is a treat. In the garden you can spot hummingbirds, maybe a toucan, or even dolphins swimming around your overwater bungalow. It’s quiet, natural, and just you. After breakfast, you paddle a kayak through calm waters, spotting iguanas, sloths, and occasionally a sloth with a baby. You listen, observe, and hear monkeys in the distance, birds everywhere, and no other tourists—just you and nature. Later, a wonderful lunch follows, sharing stories and simply being present. You can read, swim, or just sit and watch the water. Then a short boat ride with Olivier—dolphins jump around you, maybe another sloth along the way. If you feel like it, snorkeling reveals a colorful coral reef. In the evening, you gather again for stories, a drink, and an incredible dinner. Just when you think nothing can surprise you anymore, a glowing insect lands on your glass, and Sylvie and Olivier explain the bioluminescence in the water. You could pay for a tour elsewhere—but here, it’s just you, the night, and the glowing sea. Then you start another day. All of this, surrounded by the warmth of Sylvie and Olivier—wonderful storytellers—and Sylvie’s cooking, which truly deserves a Michelin star. You won’t regret it.
