“Repetiremos.”
The staff were very polite and friendly. Each floor had a common area where you could have coffee and tea for free, and the fridge contents were also free. Breakfast was very complete. The room was a bit dark, and the hotel was a little far from the places to visit.
“Schönes Hotel in guter Lage”
The location is great, and if you enjoy walking you can basically get anywhere on foot (Colosseum 25 minutes / Trevi Fountain 20 minutes / Vatican 50 minutes). The hotel itself sits in a good area, in a residential quarter, and directly across is the British Consulate. Breakfast was also excellent, and you can order extras for the buffet like French toast, bacon and eggs, etc. The hotel provides coffee pods and always filtered water, and the minibar, which contains soft drinks and water, is free; the water bottles in it are refilled constantly. However, as mentioned above it is still really expensive… but Rome is generally pricey when it comes to accommodation. You also noticed that the room feels a bit dated.
Everything was perfect! The staff were very attentive. We loved the Penda breakfast, which was exceptional! No complaints.
“Séjour fantastique”
The welcome was perfect, the assistance was friendly and helped us organize our stay, tours, and restaurant addresses. Breakfast was very complete, with excellent local products that were both tasty and generous. Service was impeccable. The room was quiet, well organized, with a comfortable bed and a mattress that was very good for my fragile back. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, right next to metro line A, with a bus stop across the street, and we arrived easily (airport, Termini station by Terravision bus, then Terrafast service from the station). The place was well served for all the sites to visit. Excellent value for money (courtyard room with no view but very calm). Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect.
A pretty hotel in a great spot! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything important is within walking distance; otherwise the bus stops right outside the door.
