The spot was convenient, just under 150 m from the metro, Piekarnia, Żabka, and Leviatan under the block, but you only rent a single room while the rest of the apartment is shared with a roommate—bathroom and kitchen are shared. The room seemed not cleaned at all after the previous guests, it stank strongly even after airing out, the floor was dirty and yellow‑brown with stains on the mattresses, the furniture was poor quality, the TV stand was falling apart, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the mattress and sheets were weird, there were no hangers in the wardrobe, the door handles were torn and you had to hold the door to close it, the walls were cardboard and you could hear the whole block, the walls in the room were black‑stained and dirty. During my stay I didn’t use the kitchen, it definitely needs disinfection. The shower cabin had mold and mildew on the silicone and tiles, the floor was dirty, the shower head holder was cracked and the shower head itself needed replacement, the towel rack leaked water, the bathroom furniture was in terrible condition and the cabinets were falling apart—overall a tragic state, better to avoid it.
