The location is great, right next to the central market, and the showers are always in perfect condition. It would be nice to receive two towels per person, since a girl with long hair needs an extra one for her head. It’s unclear why only one towel is given. Other than that, everything is fine.

Everything is within minutes, very central, Raimon is very friendly, the facilities are all correct, the room is wonderful, everything is very clean, and we’re very happy with this experience. The only thing I disliked was the bathroom services; although there are two, they’re almost always occupied. I think couples shouldn’t use both at the same time for showers, and there should be rules to keep one free.

Everything was pretty good: check‑in and instructions via WhatsApp, the manager was attentive, the facilities are modern and functional, general cleaning is solid, common areas are adequate, you can prepare simple breakfast, lunch or dinner, the room is fine with a good bed, a small fridge, AC and TV, and two spacious, clean shared bathrooms. The location is next to the central market and a 20‑minute walk to both the long‑distance train station and the beach. The room’s wall insulation is poor, both from the street side (a moderately busy road and no blinds on the windows) and from adjacent rooms (you can hear conversations, TV, etc.), so the ‘mask’ and new foam earplugs provided at check‑in are appreciated for better sleep. Also beware of the steep staircase that gives access to all areas if you have limited mobility.

The location is spot on, the owner is super friendly and very helpful; if I ever go back to Alicante, I already know where to stay.
