The large room offered plenty of space and comfort. The onsen was spacious and featured movie streaming, a projector, and surround‑sound speakers. However, there was no hanging space for clothes, the windows had no view, and the drink chiller near the onsen was noisy.

This place is spotless and super comfy - exactly what you want from a hotel. I was really impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was.

We absolutely fell in love with this place - it was even better than the pictures! The staff were friendly, and we wished we could've stayed longer. The only hitch was checking in, which was a bit tricky because they wouldn't accept my passport or driver's license as ID. Luckily, my son-in-law was with us, so it wasn't a huge issue.

I was really looking forward to using the spa facilities, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. Not only did they not have a spa, but I also had trouble getting a simple email receipt. It's a shame, because the hotel had some potential.

I had an amazing time at this hotel - the room was huge and the bathroom was like a mini pool, making it super fun to relax in. I loved watching movies while soaking in the tub. The only downside was trying to check in at the kiosk, which was a bit of a struggle.
