I chose the breakfast set that included onigiri, and the staff delivered both the onigiri and miso soup hot right to my room. The room was clean and comfortable, and I’d love to stay again.

The value for money was solid, with extra welcome drinks and free breakfast. Even though the staff seemed busy, they handled everything politely. A few service hiccups occurred, but they were fixed, so I’m satisfied. The glassware was clean too. On the downside, I’d have liked an air purifier and a hanger in the room, and the lighting over the washbasin was too dim for makeup.
The staff’s attitude and consideration were great, and the free breakfast onigiri was tasty. However, the room lighting was too dim and the overall facilities felt outdated.
