How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The short walk to the beach was fine and the water pressure was acceptable, but the room photos were misleading— the room was old, the kitchen lacked pots and pans, the fridge’s ice maker and water dispenser didn’t work, there was no ocean view, the beds were pressed against the wall with no space to move, and the furniture was shabby. I would have preferred a refund.

The online pictures were deceptive; the inn looked nothing like the website. I was disappointed, left early, and lost money because the place smelled like marijuana, the sheets seemed unclean, and the front‑desk lady was rude and disrespectful—an unacceptable business attitude. The manager and the lady behind the desk were busy emailing their granddaughter instead of attending to me, constantly interrupting, which forced me to drive two and a half hours back home.

The proximity to the ocean and everything else was great, and the restaurant and bar right in front made grabbing food and drinks easy. I have trouble with scented laundry, and the blankets had a strong laundry scent. I also wish there were more pillows.

The property was close to the beach, yet we were told we’d have an Oceanview, which never existed. The building feels old; after showering the first morning my hair was full of soap and the water stopped working. We were promised an upgraded room with a patio and ocean view, but there was none. The toilet paper was leftover from previous guests, requiring us to ask for more. Floors weren’t scrubbed thoroughly, the refrigerator’s ice didn’t work, and the beds felt like material over springs.
