“Das Geld ist es nicht wert”
The bed had no proper duvet, just a duvet cover. The room was poorly ventilated; the whirlpool made the humidity extremely high. I expected a proper hotel from the name, but it was a room directly accessible from the street, hidden behind blinds. Because it was on the street, it was extremely noisy. The toilet wasn’t well cleaned and had a strange spot. The walls in the toilet area were moldy, which isn’t good for health. The bathrobes smelled strongly of chemicals. The towels had a slightly unpleasant odor, but we could overlook that. The sauna isn’t a traditional sauna but an infrared sauna; the stay there was still pleasant. The tap water quality was terrible, with a strong unpleasant smell that lingered on the body after showering. The whirlpool water smelled the same. We found it so bad that we didn’t want to bathe in it. The water contains bromine and apparently isn’t changed after each guest. In the morning there was no hot water left. I can’t recommend this place—the price we paid was absolutely unjustified.
