“This is not a 5 star event , in uk it would get 2 and at a push of 3”
Getting a parking spot was easy, yet the experience made me think it could never be a 5‑star place, even if you spent millions.

Parking was straightforward, but the place never feels like a 5‑star hotel, and that should be clear to future guests. It barely scores a 3, looks grubby and outdated, the bathroom feels like a patch‑up job, and the room could use air fresheners because of an odor. The TV is antique, the staff are pleasant, and we probably paid more than the actual value. I’m reluctant to post a review that might hurt it, but it definitely isn’t a 5‑star spot and barely reaches a 3.

The staff and location were good, but the WC smelled.

The staff were very friendly and always said hello and good night, which was great, but I still expected more from a 5‑star rating.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and generous, always responding whenever we needed, and the beds were comfortable; I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy quiet in Pattaya. Nothing negative.
