Compared to other business hotels in the same price range, the range of amenities was better and the room was clean and very good. The front desk woman greeted us with a smile, which eased my fatigue after a hard day. No complaints.

Breakfast and the large bath were good. The bed was broken and uncomfortable, and I had a sore neck.

When the checkout time comes, the cleaning staff’s chatter can be heard through the door, which is a bit noisy.

The location is very close to the train stations. The staff were very professional. I was impressed that we were contacted about an item we had accidentally left in our room. I also loved the public bath. The space is very small, but that’s what we expected from an APA hotel.

This place is one train stop away from Narita Airport. If you know where you're going, you can make your way past the others who are all trying to figure out the train and get through. Take the Keisei Line, NOT the fancy one, for one stop for about 8 minutes, and you're there. This is of course not as convenient as sleeping at the 9h capsule hotel in the airport, but I think it's my new place where I MUST stop once I get off the plane to try to sleep off the jet lag. It's your typical APA hotel in terms of the small size of the room, but you can get your onsen time in pretty much as soon as you're checked in. It's also walking distance to the small mall, and from the station, you can catch a bus to the larger mall. Excellent if you need to get some last minute souvenirs if you're on your way out. I was excited for the breakfast, because the first APA hotel I went to had the best breakfast spread I've ever seen in Osaka Umeda. This one, though, left much to be desired. Next time, I would skip the breakfast and just grab something at the mall grocery store nearby, like some bread. Or even just stop at the Lawson's next door
