“Great staff and good centered location”
The location was convenient, but the parking spots were too small.

Town and Country San Diego blends authentic mid‑century modern design with a relaxed Southern California vibe. Recently renovated and named Best Resort 2024 by San Diego Magazine, it offers five restaurants, including award‑winning ARLO, a lively marketplace, and a 4‑story “Twister” waterslide. Pet‑friendly rooms feature plush Egyptian cotton bedding, flat‑screen TVs, and coffee makers. Located centrally, it is 5.

Convenient, but the price didn’t match a Motel 6‑style room layout; it wasn’t a resort at all, and we heard drunken people outside, so the insulation was poor.

The service was good.

The resort is beautiful, but I was charged twice for the stay and had an extra 100 security deposit taken, leaving 74 dollars still pending after checkout; I now have four pending charges on my account, which is unacceptable—money was taken quickly but not returned.

There were seating areas around an outside fire pit, but the grounds and rooms were reeked of feces and bleach, and the staff said all rooms were cleaned the same way, which is terrible for allergy sufferers.
