The staff were lovely, the location was great, breakfast was good and very accommodating, and the room had everything I needed. I wish the spa had been open and I would have liked a city view.

The hotel was clean and well‑positioned. I booked a room with breakfast included through Booking, but when I arrived at reception I was told that because it was Sunday there was no kitchen staff available, so breakfast could not be served—no explanation or discount offered. Additionally, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

The room was large, luxurious, spacious, and clean, and there was plenty of parking. The shared terrace on the first floor was always buzzing with other guests, the TV was not working, and the power supply was constantly being taken.
