Everything was fine. We did book a suite that opened onto all areas, including a private pool. Our concierges, Marie and Yael, were wonderful and even surprised us in the room for our birthdays. At the French restaurant La Bastille, the service and dinner were exceptional. The only thing was that the pillows felt too high for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference.

The location was fine. However, the property was completely under construction. I was very disappointed after booking a five‑star resort and paying the nightly rates I did. It was absolutely awful!!!

La habitación excelente y el staff de la torre turquoize es de primera. todos amables y con ganas de hacer sentir bien atendido al huesped. La comida en general. Es buena pero no justifica el precio del alojamiento all-inclusive. Porciones pequeñas en los platillos en la cenas en Trade Winds y Lorenzos. El desayuno bufet en El Mercado con poca vairedad de frutas y cuando pedí un cafe expresso me dijeron que la maquina estaba descompuesta y no pudieron conseguirme uno de algún otro lugar pese a tener el coffee shop a unos pasos. Lo otro no tan bueno es que lo único que realmente cumple con el concepto "adults only" es la torre turquoize (donde me hospedé) pero las areas de alberca y los restaurantes estan llenos de niños
