The location was easy to reach, especially if you know the city, but the in‑room Wi‑Fi and air‑conditioner didn’t work at all. I sent several messages through Booking to report the issue, yet the host never replied. The check‑in was also quite inconvenient: upon arrival I had to call the property myself. It would have been much better to receive the necessary access information an hour before arrival.
