“Abysmal!”
The spot was decent, but the water kept running out!

The staff were good, but the washroom was dirty and the coffee mugs were also unclean.
“Not up-to-mark and fully wastage of money. Would have paid 2000 more for better option.”
The room was road facing, but the size was too small and more or less we used the room only for limited 7 hours because we reached there at 2.30 am and we were told to vacate the room by 10.00 am. The staff should check the room thoroughly before handing over the keys to the customer. Bathroom was chocked, no hot water in the basin. Ever we need to order for water in the room. After paying 2,500/- per night we were not given kettle with tea or coffee pouch. Are such type of hotel too costly, I don't think so

The proximity to the ISBT was great; I caught a bus to Manali at 6:00 am and was able to arrive very late, getting in at 2:00 am. T’as
“Felt like sleeping in an Amazon warehouse. Avoid”
The location was fine, but rooms 102‑105 were above a warehouse and the constant noise of trucks loading and unloading packages made it impossible to rest—very loud and horrible all night.
